How to get it: When you first meet Jeff, choose to ignore him or act unimpressed. If you don't give him the reaction he's looking for, he'll quickly grow bored with you.
What happens: Jeff, deciding you're not worth his time, ambushes you on your way home from work and kills you without a second thought. This ending shows that to Jeff, being boring is a death sentence.
Ending 2: No Doctor Could Save You
How to get it: After being attacked by Jeff and waking up in a hospital, you'll be tended to by a doctor. If you plead with this doctor for help or show any sign of weakness, you'll seal your fate.
What happens: The "doctor" is revealed to be Jeff in disguise. Amused by your vulnerability, he finishes the job he started. This ending is a brutal lesson: never let your guard down.
Ending 3: You Lost Jeff's Game
How to get it: Jeff will propose a "game." If you react with fear or try to run and fail to escape, this ending will trigger.
What happens: Your fear is exactly what he wanted. He'll enjoy the chase before cornering and killing you. This outcome highlights Jeff's sadistic pleasure in hunting his prey.
Ending 4: The Truth is Revealed
How to get it: In the hospital, be suspicious of the doctor. Question his identity and don't trust him.
What happens: Jeff reveals his true face, impressed that you were smart enough to see through his disguise. Intrigued by your spirit, he "marks" you, promising that this is only the beginning of his twisted game with you. This ending is considered a "good" outcome, as you've successfully captured his interest and unlocked more of the story.
